Youth Volleyball Club Chula Vista, Eastlake, Bonita, San Diego (Boys & Girls)
The Bridge Volleyball Club is the South Bay's own non-profit Volleyball Club. Created in 2007 to teach Volleyball to Chula Vista's youth, as a branch of The Bridge to the Future Foundation.
Our Mission: The Bridge Girls and Boys Volleyball Club in Chula Vista is committed to the development of youth volleyball in the South Bay communities of San Diego, California.
We seek to create an environment that allows young girls (and boys) to master the fundamental skills and techniques of volleyball throughout Chula Vista, Eastlake, Bonita and Southern San Diego County.
We are dedicated to teaching, training, reinforcing, and recognizing proper technique, form, team work, and performance with regards to Club Volleyball in San Diego. Our club volleyball coaches in San Diego look to lead by example through action. We all have passion for the game and a heart for coaching our students/athletes.
We strive to teach our members:
- the value of TEAMWORK
- the importance of being competitive while staying true to MORAL VALUES
- to learn skills for on conflict resolution as adults
- create effective communication to carry over into daily life
Our youth volleyball program is designed for girls and boys throughout San Diego County that are interested in growing their knowledge of the game of volleyball and learning the value of teamwork. Players will work in our Chula Vista, Bonita, East Lake and Nation City locations on:
- Metal focus
- Movement training
- Ball control drills
- Passing
- Setting
- Serve receive
- Hitting and attacking
- Free ball transition
- Serving (overhand and jump)
- Proper technique
- High quality repetitions
- and a fun environment
